Mark is the Crisis Navigator / Client Support Worker at Commons and he works alongside out legal team as part of our holistic defence approach.
Mark has over 17 years of experience in the charity sector, leading projects that support vulnerable adults in criminal justice and homelessness services. With a people-focused approach, he is known for empathetic approach, team building, and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. His hands-on involvement across every stage of the client journey gives him a rounded perspective and a proven record of managing both local and national teams.
Prior to his charity work, Mark spent 20 years as a chef, running busy hotel and restaurant kitchens and leading teams of up to 40. This blend of hospitality and charity experience shapes his adaptable, loyal, and professional outlook, empowering people to grow and succeed.
